I believe that strong parents lead their families better. After training thousands of clients in real life I still love being able to help people build an incredible level of fitness. Taking control of your health is the most important way you can succeed in your personal and professional life, and RPM gives you the coaching and accountability you need to succeed. My wife and I lead by example for our two daughters every day to teach them about hard work, health and happiness. I've spent over 14 years as a full time fitness professional and have a degree in Allied Health, a certified Business Coach, and have/held certifications in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Crossfit and Weightlifting.
